The quality of the information included on this site is of the highest standard but our lawyers insist that we inform you that it may not always be so. This site is hosted in Australia.
This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the services provided by Thompson-Solutions. By using this site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You are only authorized to use the Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. 4. AppleScripts Submitted for posting on the Website
Thompson-Solutions allows the users to submit AppleScripts for sale on the website. All AppleScripts submitted may be freely used by the purchaser as they so desire. The AppleScripts may be used in personal or commercial applications and no reference is required to be mentioned. Purchased AppleScripts will not be accepted for submission for sale unless they are significantly improved. The right of what content / AppleScripts are made available for sale is solely held by Thompson-Solutions.
If at any time any third person claims that users committed any sort of infringement to their rights and image, by the Content posted, they are to address authorities. Otherwise, Thompson-Solution assumes no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content.
Thompson-Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

You are to verify the Agreement from time to time, because you acknowledge that you are subject to the modifications as soon as they are posted on the web. 8. Applicable law
Parties rights and obligations, imposed by the present Agreement, as well as all juridical effects produced by the Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the Australian laws effective at that time. Any dispute concerning this Agreement shall be solved by competent Australian Courts of Law.
